BDL Systems will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

    Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in delivering and improving our Services. These include providers of data storage, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and content creation services. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may allow you to link your data to third-party platforms such as social media services. Any such linking is at your discretion and is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. BDL Systems is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

    Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information where required or authorised by Australian law, including in response to a valid court order, subpoena, warrant, or lawful request from a government authority. Where permitted, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before disclosing your information in response to such a request.

    Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. Any successor will be required to continue handling your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, or will notify you and seek your consent if they wish to use it in a materially different way.

    Marketing and Public Relations

With your consent, we may identify you as a customer and use your name or logo in our marketing materials. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

    6. Cross-Border Disclosure of Personal Information (APP 8)

Some of our service providers and third-party tools may store or process personal information outside of Australia. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles that information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

Prior to disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we will assess whether that country's privacy framework provides adequate protections, consistent with the international transfer whitelist and guidelines issued by the OAIC (in force December 2024). By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information may be stored or processed overseas in these circumstances.

    7. Data Quality and Accuracy (APP 10)
