Our Story
BDL Systems was founded by William and Bodhi after they'd seen the same problem from two different sides. William ran his own car detailing business — and found it near impossible to get reviews, keep on top of clients, follow up on leads, and stay on top of the endless admin that comes with running a service business. The work was great, but the systems around it were broken.
Every missed call went to voicemail and the customer just called the next listing on Google. Happy customers walked away without ever leaving a review. Past clients quietly drifted to competitors because nobody had the time to follow up. The quality of the work was never the problem — it was the gap between the work and the customer experience that happened before, between, and after the job.
So William and Bodhi built the system to close that gap. What started as a handful of automation tools for local detailers and mechanics has grown into a complete sales and reputation ecosystem — websites, missed-call text-back, review funnels, unified inboxes, and automated follow-up — all under one roof, all designed to run silently in the background while you focus on the actual work.
